Q: How will I access my online Modules?

A: You will be given access to course materials via our web portal by email. 

If you have team members that will be participating, we will be asking you to provide us with their names and email addresses when you receive your first email.  

Each Module will be sent out on a weekly basis.

Q: How will I be able to take the assessments? 

A. You will be sent your individual assessment codes and access information within 48 hours of signing up to the program and/or within 48 hours of our receiving each team member's name and email address.

Q: How long is each module?

A: Each module is between 1.5-2 hours total, but is broken up into smaller segments of 10-20 minutes, depending on the topic.

Q: What if I don't have the number of team members that the level allows me?

A: If you purchase the "Small Team Support" or the "Premium Team Support" level, but don't have the number of team members the level allows, it's fine- the reality is that the value lies in the additional, personalized access AND in the additional assessments you are allowed. Even if you don't start with that number of team members, we expect you will grow into it - and will need the additional assessments!  They are yours, regardless if you have those team members when you start.

Q: What if I purchase a certain level, but have MORE team members than the level allows?  Can I add team members?

A: Yes, you may - but with certain limitations and at an additional per-person cost.  Please contact us directly for details at [email protected].

Q:  How are you going to teach me things about Kolbe I don't already know?

A:  I have personally used Kolbe extensively in hiring, team building and marketing in the last decade. I am also a CERTIFIED Kolbe Consultant that is regularly hired by corporations and business leaders to train their leaders and teams.  Even more, Kolbe has hired me to train THEIR clients!  I can tell you from experience that even those that have used Kolbe for a long time have a lot to learn.  It's one of the most under-utilized tools we have!
